Antonio Pérez Molina, «Perete», opens Restaurante Náutico on 23 May 1961 on the harbour quay, facing Plaza de Canalejas.

1968
It becomes Dársena
In early 1968 the restaurant takes the name of the dock basin (dársena) it stands in.

In the late seventies Perete's son joins the business. In November 1983 the whole house is refurbished and the kitchen makes rice its speciality: the arrocería is born.

The Port's Special Plan demolishes the original house to widen the promenade. In November 1997 Dársena moves to the Muelle de Levante, with private dining rooms, a tapas bar, a banquet hall and a dining room over the marina.
